AMBTN is a productivity and business-activity management platform operated by Kratzer & Co (ABN 35645362865), Australia.
AMBTN is an organisational and productivity tool. It helps you track, organise, and prepare business activity, income and expenses (including records you enter or confirm), bookings, clients, and related information. AMBTN is not full accounting software, tax agent software, or dedicated BAS/GST lodgement software.
AMBTN provides software and tooling. Independent businesses that use AMBTN may list and deliver their own real-world services. Unless we say otherwise, the business you book with is responsible for the service itself—including quality, safety, and fulfilment. AMBTN is a facilitator, not the service provider for those third-party services.
By accessing or using AMBTN, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Prices include GST where applicable for Australian customers.
Where a trial is offered in the app stores, charges begin after the stated trial if you remain subscribed—see the purchase screen and your store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, as described in the storefront you used.
AMBTN does not bill app subscriptions through Stripe. Web or other non-store experiences may not offer the same subscription purchase options as the native app stores.
If you pay for a real-world booking by card where that flow is enabled, payment may be processed by Stripe (including Stripe Connect). The business you book with is generally the seller of the service. Payment may be routed to that business, and the platform may retain a separate platform fee as shown or described at checkout or in payment communications. AMBTN is not liable for how a business performs the underlying service.
Cancel stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund periods already billed unless the applicable store or law requires otherwise.
For iOS auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) may also apply.
If you have an issue with service quality, cancellations, no-shows, or refunds for the underlying appointment or service, that is primarily between you and the business, subject to any terms they communicate and your statutory rights.
If a card payment was processed through Stripe, Stripe, card networks, and banking rules govern timing, chargebacks, and payment disputes. AMBTN facilitates the platform and certain payment flows—you must also follow any reasonable instructions to resolve payment issues.

Where offered, AMBTN may include AI-assisted or automated features—for example receipt scanning, optional bank or card screenshot import, text extraction (OCR), transaction categorisation, summaries, or pattern-style suggestions.
AMBTN is an organisational and productivity tool only. The service may show estimates, summaries, analytics, and derived insights (including from optional AI or image-based extraction) based on what you have logged. AMBTN does not provide accounting, tax, BAS, GST, financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Any tax-related, income, expense, claim, GST/BAS-style, profit, or other financial figures or summaries in the app are rough organisational guides only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not your actual tax liability, entitlement, or an assessment of deductibility. AMBTN does not prepare or lodge GST, BAS, or tax returns on your behalf.
PDFs, CSVs, analytics views, and other exports from the app are for your organisation and preparation only. They are not official tax, statutory, or accounting records issued by us and must not be treated as substitute documents for lodgement without verification.
Consult a qualified accountant or tax professional before lodging tax returns, BAS statements, GST reports, or making important financial or business decisions.

Summary: AMBTN helps you organise activity and records. Estimates and exports are guides for preparation—not official tax or accounting documents. AI, OCR, and imports can be wrong: you must review them. We do not give professional advice; verify with a qualified accountant or tax professional before lodging or relying on figures for compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kratzer & Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
