1. Overview
AMBTN is a productivity and business-activity management platform operated by Kratzer & Co (ABN 35645362865), Australia.
By accessing or using AMBTN, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age to use the app: 13 years
- Business features and monetisation tools are intended for users 18 years and over
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your account or access another user's account
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms
4. Subscriptions & Pricing
Available Tiers
- Free Tier: basic calendar and limited features
- Premium User: A$4.99/month or A$49.99/year
- AMBTN Business: A$39.99/month or A$399.99/year
Prices include GST where applicable for Australian customers.
5. Billing & Payments
- iOS subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchases
- Android subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing
- Web subscriptions are processed via Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. Cancellations
- iOS: manage or cancel via Apple ID settings
- Android: manage or cancel via Google Play account settings
- Web: manage or cancel via the Stripe customer portal
Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively cancel already-billed periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AMBTN for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes
- Upload content that infringes rights or is offensive
- Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform
8. AI Features Disclaimer
AMBTN includes AI-powered tools for assistance only.
- AI features do not provide professional advice
- AI outputs require user review and confirmation
- AMBTN does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
9. Disclaimer of Advice
AMBTN provides organisational and tracking tools only. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kratzer & Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
